Become familiar with all physical aspects of something.
Such that you know, intuitively, what a tree root feels like, from a tree’s bark, from the branches.
And you can feel the difference in the way an oak tree feels from a palm tree.
To become knowledgeable in energy work is to engage deeply with the material and the sensations it provides, rather than learning to “tune out”, like most forms of divination.
